Tomorrow People, the product marketing agency with offices in Birmingham, London, and New York, is delighted to announce that it won the contract to provide product marketing and creative services for Fable Data, the highly regarded data and insights company.
As Europe's leading source of consumer transaction data, Fable Data’s mission is to provide great financial investments data for decision makers in both business and government. Due to the advanced nature of their offerings and the different ways customers use them, product information needed to be made more clear, and better organized in one central place. The challenge for Tomorrow People was to quickly learn about many complex product offerings, along with their relevant options – and communicate them in a coherent, consistent way.
To get it right, Tomorrow People hosted a series of workshops with key stakeholders from two important Fable Data teams. Working with both product experts from the customer-facing team and brand experts from the marketing team enabled Tomorrow People to access knowledge and important insights from all areas of the business.
By focusing on the audience, objectives, sales journey, and value proposition for each product, we helped the Fable Data team establish a better shared understanding for their entire suite of offerings. Once we had product descriptions meant to support the goals of sales and marketing, the Tomorrow People team applied attractive, engaging visual design to bring it all together in a professional-looking presentation.
